MyStay - Porto São Bento - Suite

Bonito Lugar, buena ubicación pero la comunicación con los host no es inmediata. Tardan en atenderte Positive: La ubicación, aunque de noche esa calle no está muy bien iluminada. Negative: La comunicación no era instantánea, ni 24 hrs. Te ponen los teléfonos para que llames en caso de que necesites ayuda y nadie contesta los teléfonos. Sólo me contestaron el what´s app pero no al instante sino tiempo después.

Positive: It has a fantastic location. Right by Time Out eatery and concert/large screen viewing space. Near to Sao Bento railway station and metro. An easy walk to the river. The staff were helpful with a problem we had. The rooms vary. Light and airy in 4/5th floor but no hand rail on the stairs. Another room with an enclosed small courtyard, absolutely no means of escape if fire in corridor. All the luggage storage lockers were taken. Perhaps people emptied their cases and stored the cases instead of leaving them for people who arrive before check in🤷 Negative: Sorry - mentioned above. Re the other questions and expectations - we stayed here the year before

Hébergement Positive: Concernant Porto belle ville, Portugais hyper sympa, plein de choses à faire, on mange hyper bien pour pas cher dans les restaurants locaux. Negative: Le logement que nous avons eu correct pour le prix sauf qu'il n'y a pas de personnel sur place, donc si problème vous êtes seul à vous débrouiller. Tout se fait par téléphone encore faut il parler le Portugais ou l'anglais, le ménage il faut le demander avant de partir le matin pour qu'ils viennent le jour même, mais en ce qui nous concerne ils sont venus qu'une fois, donc quand on reviendra se sera l'hôte direct au moins il y a le service. Autrement logement correct mais ascenseur en panne les 2 premiers jours comme nous étions au 5eme et dernier étage autant dire que nous avons compté les marches car au Portugal les marches sont hautes.

Positive: Excellent location just around the corner from Sao Bento station Negative: Breakfast was not good value, and was uninspiring.
