Negative: We arrived at the hotel at the designated check-in time, only to find that the room had not been cleaned after the previous guests. Upon calling the front desk, we were informed there was an issue with the cleaning services. However, we were not notified in advance, which would have been appreciated. We requested a call back with an estimated time for when the room would be ready, but no one followed up—we had to call again ourselves. Additionally, the representative we spoke with during the first call was rude and dismissive, telling us to “be patient,” as though the situation was our fault. This lack of communication and professionalism was disappointing.

No vale la pena Positive: la ubicación Negative: No hay anfitrion. Hablas con una maquina permanentemente que no te contesta lo que pedis (tiene respuestas automáticas). Cuando llegas, tenes un whatsapp para escribir donde te contesta gente con muy pocas ganas diciendote que ni siquiera podes dejar las valijas antes de hacer el check in que es EXTREMANDAMENTE tardio (16hs). Te ofrecen soluciones que no existen. Cero empatia, cero tacto. Yendo a la habitación, la misma es pequenisima. A tal punto que una persona grande de tamaño no entra en el baño. El baño a su vez tiene partes del piso oxidado, tiene los bordes de los marcos hinchados y la puerta no corre bien. La flor de la ducha pierde agua. Hay cosas mas baratas o a igual precio mejores. Todavia sigo esperando que me respondan el último mensaje que envié.
