MyStay - Porto São Bento - Double Room

Buena ubicación pero servicio por mejorar Positive: La ubicación del hotel es buena. Cerca de los sitios de interés Negative: La dificultad del acceso, el desayuno que fue dejado en una caja plástica sin ninguna indicación. Tenía unos lóckers para guardar maletas, pero demasiado pequeños.

Bien situé en centre ville. Positive: Notre séjour s’est bien passé. La chambre était propre, le lit convenable, le mobilier correct pour une personne. La situation parfaite, dans le centre ville. Negative: Je n’ai pas aimé, la chambre beaucoup trop petite, salle d’eau trop étroite et humidité. Pas de réception, pas de contact, tout par code et message.

Positive: Lage, einfacher Check In und Out, Lüftung, Matratze, Frühstück

Positive: Clean, quiet, very good location. Negative: The elevator did not work most of the time.

Positive: We arrived a little late in the evening ,we were able to get into the main door no problem..on trying to enter the apartment a disaster..the number given would not access entry it was tried at least 20 times with gaps when it restricted use ..I called and called number but no answer out German neighbours tried too ,they were not happy as they had mould in there bathroom but could not get through either ... eventually someone answered and gave me all access code which worked and kept saying our number was right but 100%would not gain access ..once in all was good Negative: Not getting into room would rather have key
