MyStay - Porto São Bento - Double Room

Positive: Boa localização e confortável . Negative: Horário de check in muito tarde e check out antes de 24h de estadia: às 10 manhã, muito cedo. Tudo bem limpo, mas o mofo no chuveiro ,no rejunte no chão era visível ( acredito que por causa do silicone, fica impregnado) .

Poor hygiene, no communication Positive: Good location and the AC Negative: Elevator wasn’t working, no communication from staff in advance about this if so check beforehand as you may have to lift your luggage up stairs. The shower was quite mouldy and based on other reviews it has been complained about for months without being cleaned. There was rubbish left behind when we checked-in and the hand wash dispenser was broken. Staff did not respond at all to any of our queries when asked about the cleanliness of the place. THIN WALLS - you can hear your neighbours!

Positive: Ubicación Negative: No funcionaba ascensor

Chambre très bien située mais manque de propreté. Positive: La literie est très confortable. L’emplacement est top pour visiter la ville. Negative: Être resté bloqué dans l’ascenseur. Du coup, 4 étages à monter tous les jours car après il était hors service. La propreté de la chambre c’était moyen, et pleins de moustiques écrasés au plafond. Il faudrait prévoir une moustiquaire aux fenêtres afin de pouvoir aérer et que les moustiques ne rentre pas.
