Positive: Very central located Negative: I had no teaspoon in my room first 2 days. Power plugs are far from kettle. Each unit must have its own locker for storage and not first come basis. Had to pay for storage. I love personal contact and not through an AI agent and no response from owners.

Positive: Lo mejor sin duda es su ubicación. Está justo al lado de la famosa estación de tren de Oporto y de la Catedral. La facilidad para realizar el check in y el check out. Todo funciona a través de códigos que te envían por sms. Negative: La habitación era bastante pequeña sin apenas sitio para las maletas. Esperábamos una mejor limpieza del baño.

Positive: Good position, the room was ok. Negative: Communication is complicated because it relies on AI agents only. There was a telephone number to contact if needed, but it wasn't working. The room smelled humid because of the bathroom's poor ventilation.

My Stay...esperienza negativa Positive: Posizione centrale. Stanze di recente ristrutturazione e pulite. Negative: Stanza piccolissima,senza spazio per posizionare e aprire le valigie. Colazione assurda:cesta di cibo trovata all' arrivo nella stanza con prodotti confezionati (e non usufruiti).Malgrado l' avessimo pagata,siamo andati al bar.
